Best Electric requires notification of Texas 811 to be completed before any excavation or digging begins. Best Electric is not responsible for what we cannot see underground that is not marked or identified. Best Electric will not begin underground work until after Texas 811 is complete.
Typically, our quote does not encompass expenses related to unforeseen circumstances, contingencies, or challenging geological conditions, including rocky or unusually uneven surfaces. In the event that such exceptional conditions arise during construction activities involving foundations, excavations, or the installation of sewer lines, on-site sewage systems, water lines, sprinkler systems, electrical wires, gas lines, or other utility services, the contractor will promptly notify the owner. This notification will also include an estimation of the additional work’s cost. Potential expenses encompass but are not confined to, charges for controlled detonation, jackhammering, and drilling. Any actual costs will be incorporated as an incremental adjustment to the original quotation.
